STATE OF ILLINOIS GREEN CLEANING SCHOOLS ACT
(Illinois Public Act 095-0084)
Effective after May 9, 2008 all public schools and most private schools in Illinois will be required to purchase Green certified cleaning products in 5 chemical product categories. These are:
1. Bathroom Cleaners
2. Carpet Cleaners
3. General Purpose Cleaners
4. Glass, Window and Mirror Cleaners
5. Hand Cleaners and Hand Soaps
