Urethane Fortified Seal & Finish

Description
Urethane fortified seal and finish coating for terrazzo, vinyl and hard floors including quarry tile, brick, and concrete. Excellent deep high gloss finish for all buffing programs including burnishing and spray buffing. Urethane toughness for extended wear in high traffic conditions. Easy to apply and maintain with traditional procedures. Superb adhesion for use as a sealer on difficult floors.

Directions
Apply to clean floors that have been thoroughly stripped or scrubbed and rinsed. If the floor has been stripped remove all stripper residue.
• Use a high quality clean pre-rinsed finish mop or applicator device. Do not contaminate mops/applicators with other cleaning or stripping solutions.
• Apply full even coats.
• Allow coating to dry approximately 30 minutes. High heat and humidity can increase the drying time.
Maintain using neutral cleaning solution.
Coating can be removed using a high quality floor stripper.
