Floor Film Neutralizer
Description
This solution neutralizes the pH of the floor after stripping and scrubbing operations. It safely and effectively
eliminates the white alkaline haze and residue left on the floor after stripping which can interfere with sealers
/finishes adhering properly. Helps prevent color loss and damage to floor tiles caused by highly alkaline
strippers and emulsifiers. Use as a preparation / neutralization rinse after scrubbing floors during ‘scrub and
recoating’ procedures. Finish application is made easier, and faster. Eliminates alkaline residue often found
in floors which have been repeatedly stripped, such as terrazzo.

Directions
| Floor Conditioning/Neutralizing: | Dilute 1-2 oz. of solution per gallon of water. Mop or scrub floor, and pick
up residue. Allow floor to dry, before applying sealers or finishes. |
| Ice Melt Neutralizing: | Dilute 1-2 oz. of solution per gallon of water. Use clean mops and change water
frequently. |
