Water Emulsion Floor Sealer

Description
Acrylic emulsion sealer for use on porous floors such as asphalt tile, terrazzo and other badly worn surfaces. Excellent for use on 'difficult' floors such as brick, quarry tile and other floors where coating adhesion can be a problem. The special blend of polymers and plasticizers fill the pores and provide a good base for future floor finishes. Works well with any maintenance system including high speed buffing and burnishing.

Directions
Older Porous Floors: Thoroughly clean and strip prior coatings. Apply 1-2 coats, more if needed to gain smooth even appearance. Apply finish after the last coat of sealer is dry.
Stone Floors: Thoroughly clean an strip prior coatings. Apply 1-2 coats. Apply finish over top of sealer.
Resilient / Terrazzo Floors: Thoroughly clean and strip prior coatings. Apply 1-2 coats. Apply finish over top of sealer.
