For Removing Scale Deposits From Ice Making Machines
Description
A specialized blend of acid for the removal of scale, sediment and mineral deposits from ice making
machines, sterilizers, coffee makers and other food service equipment. Non-fuming, easy to use. Quickly
dissolves scale and other hard water deposits including rust, magnesium and calcium salts. When
properly cleaned, ice making equipment operates more efficiently, uses less energy and produces more
reliable, consistent and better tasting ice. Cleaned ice machines have a higher capacity to satisfy needs
during times of peak demand. Highly concentrated phosphoric acid for maximum effectiveness at high
dilution ratios. When used according to label directions this product is safe to use on stainless steel,
chrome, nickel plating, plastic, glass and fiberglass.

Directions
Always use acid resistant protective gloves and safety glasses. Always follow recommended cleaning
procedures for each piece of equipment being cleaned, de-limed/de-scaled.
It is recommended that a dilution of 3oz. Ice Machine Cleaner per gallon of water be used with most
cleaning/de-liming operations. If excessive scale or heavy build-ups are present, repeat applications may
be necessary. Due to the very high concentration of this product, it is not recommended to use undiluted or
in high use concentration. Allow enough time for the solution to work. Rinse surfaces thoroughly.
