Deep Fat Fry Cleaner (NL200)
Description
A concentrated alkaline emulsifier which cleans baked on soils in deep fat fryers, ovens, rotisseries, broilers
and other food equipment. Penetrates, loosens and removes greasy carbonized build-ups with a minimum of
effort. Shortening in fryers stays fresh longer in equipment which is kept clean. Low foaming formulation holds
loosened oils and grease in suspension for easy rinsing and removal. Effective in a variety of applications on
grease, oil, protein and carbonized build-ups.

Directions
Always wear protective gloves and glasses when using this and other cleaning chemicals. Best results are
obtained if surfaces to be cleaned are warm.
Deep Fat Fryers: Add 4oz. per gallon of water. Turn on fryer and heater. Allow to boil for 20 – 30 minutes.
Drain unit and brush/scrub sides of fryer with brush or synthetic scrub pad. Flush fryers with clean water and
allow to dry.
Drains: Add a solution of 4oz. per gallon of warm water to drains and grease traps.
Ovens/Broilers/Equipment: Dilute 4-8oz. per gallon of water. Scrub surface and then rinse with clean water.
