Portion Control Packets

Silverware PreSoak Packets are a free-flowing and fast-acting powder in portion control packet packaging. High performance cleaning solution for presoaking silver, flatware, stainless steel tableware, pans, trays, and other food preparation equipment. Silverware PreSoak loosens dried and hardened food soils prior to manual or machine cleaning. Effectively removes protein, starch, and other difficult soils. Low foam will not interfere with dish machine operation. Silverware PreSoak contains corrosion inhibitors and metal protectors. Safe to use on metal and plastic surfaces.

Directions

Read the entire label and MSDS for proper use, handling and storage before using this product.

For presoaking:

  1. Dissolve 1 full 4 oz. packet into 2 gallons of warm water in a bus pan or sink.
  2. Dissolve completely before adding tableware into solution.
  3. Soak between 5-15 minutes depending on soil level.
  4. Remove and wash in a normal manner either by hand or in a dish machine.

For best results when soaking utensils and other pieces containing silver:

  1. Add a sheet of aluminum foil to the bottom of soak pan before adding water and powder.
  2. Follow procedures above.
  3. Scrub stain if necessary.
