Foam from egg protein can be a serious problem with the operation of egg washing equipment. Normal egg washing systems require the use of a separate defoaming agent in addition to the egg wash detergent. Defoaming Egg Wash breaks foam levels in the hot water wash tank, eliminating the need for an additional defoaming product. Defoams as it cleans, eliminating excess foam during the washing process in hot water applications. For use in federally inspected egg, poultry, meat, and other food plants.
